An electrical engineer by trade, Gerhard today applies his problem-solving skills in the field of software development. Since 1977, Gerhard has successfully developed and implemented IT solutions for the automotive, hospitality, transportation and manufacturing sectors, to name just a few. He has led the delivery of IT solutions and system integration in North America and Europe for companies including Audi, Ford, General Motors and Molson. His solutions have consistently helped enhance client process flows, increase efficiencies and streamline operating costs.
Gerhard loves to travel, has visited over 100 countries and holds a private pilot’s licence. He has three wonderful children and lives in Etobicoke, Ontario.
Eric
An award-winning entrepreneur and business leader, Eric has over 25 years experience starting, growing and managing businesses. His work has been recognized for excellence by such organizations as the Oakville Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International and the Halton Peel Enterprise Centre. On the international stage, Eric has worked to bring Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into Eastern Europe to support economic growth. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business. In 2012, Eric launched a line of clothing under his own name; today, the Eric Sana brand is recognized for its carefully curated selection of men’s clothing and accessories.
Among Eric's many interests are history and reading, and his favorite pastime is going to Opera. He lives in Oakville, Ontario with his wife and two children.

Tyson
Tyson is a passionate business leader who has been honing his skills in the public and private sectors for the past 18 years. His strength is delivering enterprise level programs that reflect a clear understanding of the way the client’s business works today, as well as how the markets are forecast to operate tomorrow. In sectors as diverse as financial services, manufacturing and information technology, Tyson has led many successful and innovative new program implementations. A Master’s graduate from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, Tyson continues to explore new technologies and technology adoption.
Tyson is an avid hockey fan and lives in Oakville, Ontario with his wife and son.
