Three years after opening his first small store selling pet supplies, Eric secured funding to expand with more locations in Ontario, and at a later date, throughout country. While Eric was excited at the prospect of becoming a bigger player in the billion dollar pet supply sector, he knew the challenges involved in scaling his organization, and finding the right partner to translate his unique processes across the organization.
